actually really easy and surprisingly delicious! i used white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate because that's what i had but nothing else was changed in the recipe. Would definitely make again! :)

I didn't change anything in the recipe, but I used a small icecream scoop to portion each one. They baked for 13 minutes at 325'F and were light in color, but not mushy inside. This cookie is delicate and can be easily crumbled, but that was fine with me. I made mousse and crumbled up the cookies on the bottom to make a crumbly crust. It balanced out the sweet mousse and gave the dessert some texture. It is a keeper for me! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were tasty and so easy to make. i did, however, take a couple sample cookies and flattened them like a cracker and baked them that way. while they baked i just took a spatula and flattened them even more to make them crispier. they came out not half bad, quite tasty actually :)
