actually really easy and surprisingly delicious! i used white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate because that's what i had but nothing else was changed in the recipe. Would definitely make again! :)

I didn't change anything in the recipe, but I used a small icecream scoop to portion each one. They baked for 13 minutes at 325'F and were light in color, but not mushy inside. This cookie is delicate and can be easily crumbled, but that was fine with me. I made mousse and crumbled up the cookies on the bottom to make a crumbly crust. It balanced out the sweet mousse and gave the dessert some texture. It is a keeper for me! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These were tasty and so easy to make. i did, however, take a couple sample cookies and flattened them like a cracker and baked them that way. while they baked i just took a spatula and flattened them even more to make them crispier. they came out not half bad, quite tasty actually :)

I thought these were pretty bland. They didn't spread out like I expected but I did like how I could just pop them in my mouth. I ended up added a couple spoon fulls of peanut butter to the last two batches, much better. For christmas, I might remake with some crushed peppermint.

I made these cookies today, and it was very disappointing. the cookies were too buttery. needs less butter and more flour & chocolate chips. i cooked mine at 350F at first, the bottom were too brown while the top looked unbaked. so i decided to cook it below 350F, slow baking is better. also, the cookies eventually became flat as it cooks. the use of butter really needs to be lessen.

These are great! I didn't alter the dough at all, except the little extra vanilla I always add to cookies. It actually seemed sticky to me, but when I started to form balls for baking it was just perfect. I did set the oven at about 350 (maybe a little lower) degrees F, and baked for about 15 minutes. They look just like the picture, but not as dark. Perfectly sort of crispy like a shortbread/butter cookie should be, not crunchy, but like light, melt-in-your-mouth crispy. Also, I love the mini chips and how the oatmeal gives it some sustenance. :)

These are good cookies. I found the need to alter it somewhat. The oven temp says 325.At this temp, the cookies took a lot longer to bake than 11-13 minutes. I increased temp to 375, then the cookies were done in that amount of time. I also found that the dough was still dry, so I added a little milk to the dough before baking.
