This cobbler is AWESOME!!! Easy to make- next time I will double the recipe- it went so quickly!! Really yummy! I used regular sized chips- worked great.

Yummy, perfect and enjoyed by everyone; this recipe can easily be adapted and revised. I have grated Trader Joe's chocolate into the batter and have substituted frozen blueberries one time and fresh strawberries another. I used a quart of strawberries and it worked just fine.

I am happy to say that this was really good. Even the non-celiac family members loved it. We ate it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream - yummy!
