I love these--even my husband who claims he hates both bananas and pancakes frequently requests them! I do usually add an extra banana and mash it instead of chopping it though.

These pancakes did not turn out exactly like I was expecting, but I was pleasantly surprised. I think I should have chopped the banana into tinier pieces. I used dark chocolate chips and they tasted great with the banana. I also topped the pancakes with whipped cream and drizzled a peanut butter/maple syrup sauce I found in my Betty Crocker Cookbook. It was great!

I used chunky peanut butter because that's what I had and it tasted fine. These pancakes don't need much syrup at all! They already pack a lot of flavor.

I decided to be the tie breaker between these two very different opinions! I loved this recipe, the best panacakes I have ever had! However, I would suggest pushing a fork onto of the banana slices- it flattens them out and makes it easier to cook.

This was an excellent recipe. I had two bananas that were beginning to brown and used them exactly as this recipe stated, and voila, the best pancakes I've ever made/had! Can't go wrong with Betty.

Disappointing recipes. It tasted like something was missing, but I wasn''t quite sure what. Also the bananas kept the bottoms of the pancakes from browning when I flipped them over.
