  1. IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL ADD WATER, OIL AND EGGS AND MIX FOR 5-10 MINUTES UNTIL WELL MIX, THEN USEING TWO 8-9 INCH ROUND PANS, SPRAY WELL BOTH PANS WITH COOKING SPRAY, POOR CAKE MIX INTO PANS AND BAKE IN PRE-HEATED 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 30-35 MINUTS, WHEN DONE COOL FOR 25-40 MINUTES.

WHILE CAKE IS COOLING, IN A MIXING BOWL PLACE FROSTING IN BOWL, AND SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE AND MIX FOR 3-5 MINUTES, WHEN CAKE IS COMPETELY COOLED PLACE ONE ON A DEEP SET CAKE DISH, AND FROST THEN ADD 1/2 CAN OF CHERRIES, PLACE OTHER CAKE ON TOP, THEN FROST THAT CAKE, WHEN DONE ADD REST OF CHERRIES THEN TOP WITH ALMONDS AND SERVE
