These were So good and easy to make-- everyone loved them and wanted the recipe. I did not have choc. icing so sub'd vanilla.

These are fabulous! I used a brownie mix (the store didn't carry the cookie mix) and added a handful of chocolate chips. Follow the directions for the brownies (for the oil, eggs, water) then continue with rest of the Chocolate-Cherry Cookie Bites recipe. I was able to make 24 mini bites and 6 cupcake size "Bites" (bake these for about 20 mins). Makes a pretty presentation, too.

i made this also using brownie mix and comes out great as well..just cook brownies so they are cake like..used box mix and added chopped cherries and 2 TBS cherry juice...
