I love these! They are FANTASTIC. Every time I make them, I get lots of compliments. The first time I made them, it seemed like it took forever, but every time afterwards, it seemed to go a little faster. FYI - you can buy frosting in a can that comes with a star-shaped tip.

These were fairly easy (the measuring out the dough per muffin-cup was a little challenging, but I just kept at it. Super delicious, and the second time I made them, I did not use the icing, seemed a little too rich with the snickers already in there (and I love chocolate, trust me!)

Easy and delicious despite one of the reviews I read below made me nervous. My first time making a "cookie cup", so my dough balls were a little large (using literally two teasps of dough) that I was pressing into the muffin pan. It was a little sweet, next time I will try to switch it up, and maybe withhold the frosting. @JackesCookbook - what a fantastic idea! that's something I will use in the future. Work smarter not harder, right?!

I made these and used peanut butter cups instead of the 18 small candy bars. I cut each one into 8 pieces. This recipe was easy to make and was delicious.

I used a bigger muffin tin and pressed the mix halfway up and used Hershey kisses instead of the candle bars. I decorated with icing and the jimmies. They looked like miniature cupcakes with a surprise middle!

These are great! I didn't do the frosting, and everyone who tried them thanked me for that. I also used Chocolate covered peanut clusters instead of the miniature candies. I got a ton of compliments on them, and my family is about to kill me for so thoroughly ruining their diets :)

Make in two mini muffin tins the same size. then place the ball of dough in eachof the cups and place the other muffin tin on top and slightly press the top muffin tin down into the dough and your cups will all look the same. I also do this with pie cough when I put it into larger muffin tins for cupcake pies or tarts when needing small baked pie shells. Or roll out your pie dough, cut into circles that will have a one inch overhang on each cup and then press down with the 2nd muffin tin. Then fill the 2nd muffin tin with the dough and using the bottom of the first tin press dough gently until a "well" is formed and it comes up the sides of the cup. And bake per recipe. I've also made these in a regular cupcake tin using the peanut butter dough and then placed about 8 "Beer Nuts" or "Honey Roasted Nuts" in each cup and top with a small pressed flat ball of dough to keep the nuts from becoming tooooo baked.

It was the first time I made these, so I took my time. It was easier than I thought it was going to be. My friends LOVED them. I will be making these again!

This was very easy to make! I am not a chocolate lover, so I omitted the tops to frost the cookie. But what I did do is insert all kinds of candy bars into the cookie once it came out of the oven. I used Heath bars(which was a hit) Kisses and Peanut nut butter cups. And did nothing further. Mixed, baked then inserted the candy. SUPER EASY!
