Chocolate Buttercream Frosting (<I>lighter recipe</I>)
cups powdered sugar
cup margarine, softened
ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
to 3 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
Mix all ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and spreadable. If necessary, stir in additional milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
