I did not have any bitters, so made this without. It did not need it. I got rave reviews of this cheesecake at Christmas dinner yesterday! It was super easy to make, very creamy, a little rich (but it IS cheesecake!)People said it was "Cheesecake Factory quality"!!!!! Wow. It was amazing. I'll be keeping this recipe!
