Oh my goodness! This is the best summertime dessert! I have used fresh blackberries along with rasberry, strawberries and blueberries. All so so good. I keep one in the freezer all summer long and get nothing but raves!Have a small cafe and my customers travel many miles to have a slice.

Wow - this is OUTSTANDING! I used strawberries rather than rasberries but this was WOWED by all who had it - I needed to make two of these for the party - you won't regret serving this up! Very easy to make! But you do need time, I used the required freezing time for overnight and finished it off the following day which took all of 5 minutes

This was excellent! I made this for a potluck dinner party and mostly followed the recipe. I used raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries all mixed instead of just raspberries and skipped the fudge topping. Otherwise I followed the recipe. It was delicious and a huge hit at the party. Perfect for a hot summer day, very refreshing and tasty dessert. I am not usually a lover of boxed prepared cake mixes and don't usually buy them. But it was hot and I wanted fast and easy. The cookie bottom was so good, I would consider buying it again, it was that tasty.

This was delicious, easy to prepare and with the yogurt almost healthy too. Just be sure to allow for rising while baking the crust. The cookie dough really fluffs up in the oven. I'll make a few extra cookies next time for my husband to eat while he waits for it to thaw.

A big hit on Independence Day! The yogurt whips were a bit expensive though and fizzled a little when I folded in the raspberries. I doubled the recipe and made it in a 10x15 baking pan and used cool whip insdead of whipping cream. We grow our own raspberries and blueberries and I'm always looking for alternatives to freezing or jam.
