I love these cookies! I made them 3 times over the holidays for different events and each time they turned out great. If you like peppermint, the frosting is amazing. Very addicting. I left off the crushed peppermints, because I thought it gave them a funny texture. Still tasted fantastic. Great recipe!!

These cookies were a huge hit last year! Our family makes cookies to give out every year and this was a favorite. We''ve had several people request them for this year and several others ask for the recipe.
