2cups Cheerios® cereal
1 1/4cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/3cup packed light brown sugar
1teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4teaspoon baking soda
1cup applesauce
1/3cup milk
3tablespoons vegetable oil
1egg
1/2cup miniature chocolate chips

1.Heat oven to 400°F. Place paper baking cups in each of 12 regular-size muffin cups or spray bottoms only with cooking spray.
2.Place cereal in resealable food-storage plastic bag; seal bag. Using rolling pin, crush cereal; pour into large bowl. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3.Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from muffin cups. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
