Chipotle Shrimp Ten Minute Tacos

These tacos are ready incredibly quickly thanks to Old El Paso®'s Mexican cooking sauce chipotle.

Ingredients

lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, tail shells removed
1
pouch (8 oz) Old El Paso™ chipotle Mexican cooking sauce
8
Old El Paso™ Stand 'n Stuff™ crunchy taco shells, warmed
Make it FRESH toppings, if desired (see below)

Directions

  • 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook shrimp over medium heat about 3 minutes or until just starting to turn pink. Add cooking sauce. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly and shrimp is pink.
  • 2 Spoon shrimp into taco shells; add toppings.
