15 minutes and two steps is all you need to make this colorful vegetable pizza. Perfect if you love Italian cuisine.

Ingredients

container (6.5 oz) 50%-less-fat garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese

package (10 oz) prebaked thin Italian pizza crust (12 inch)

cup chopped fresh spinach

cup diced seeded cucumber

large tomato, chopped (1 cup)

cup sliced fresh mushrooms

tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

cup shredded carrots

Directions

  • 1 Spread cheese over pizza crust.
  • 2 Top with spinach, cucumber, tomato, mushrooms and basil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with carrots.
