Here’s an easy winter warm-me-up meal. The flavorful corn dumplings cook right on top of the simmering chili.

Made this just last night. It was really good, and will make it again. Had to use another dumpling recipe since I didn't have Bisquick on hand. Left out cilantro just because I don't like the taste. It had just enough kick to it, making it different than my other chili recipe. A great winter meal.

The chili was great! But I hated the dumplings! next time I will make either cornbread or biscuits on the side.

Simple recipe and very filling. I added a can of black beans which added a little extra filling.

this is great- easy and yummy! tried it on my husband and daughter(both real chili fans) and they loved it! really got raves from them both! the dumplings are excellent! they would also be good on homemade tomato or veggie beef soup i think!

I love making this for my husbands buddies at work. I make it up in my large crock pot and take it to the job site on cold days and feed about 10 men.

It''s a rainy night in Michigan tonight and this dish hit the spot. It''s an easy, fast and tasty dish the perfect combination to take the chill out on a rainy autumn night.

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I put 1 tbls of finely chopped jalapeno in the chili because my husband likes jalapeno. The 1 tbls didn''t make the chili so spicy that the rest of the family couldn''t enjoy it. After putting the chili in serving bowls with the dumplings on top, I sprinkled each dish with finely grated pepperjack cheese.

This is the BEST chili recipe. I found it several years ago and it became one of our families favorites. I have made it for many winter potlucks and dinner parties and it is always a hit! I normally add a can of beans to it, but other than that, it is good to go the way it is!
