My husband doesn''t cook much, but he made this one and it turned out quite good. We used cheddar cheese, but I think it would be a lot nicer with a cheese blend.

I have made this recipe twice for my family and we love this. It''s easy to have these ingredients on hand. I love the flavors and gooey cheese. We''ve made burritos with the leftovers before -just added salsa and some extra cheese. It''ll definitely be part of our collection of family favorites to make when we need something quick fast and tasty.
