I have fixed this a lot at home and for company and it is a big hit. Very juicy and wonderful flavor. I alway throw it in a skillet with olive oil instead of grill it which keeps a lot of the seasoning with the chops. You even have leftover drippings to add the the plated chops. I omit the thyme and garlic and add a little cumin to give it a little more mexican flavor. FAB!

This is really good, moist and flavorful. This reminds me of a chicken recipe I make called chicken lazone..has the same spices the only difference is after you saute the chicken you add cream to it and let it simmer until it thickens.. resulting in a creamy delicious tasting sauce,so I may try that with the pork next time I make this. Very Tasty.

This is the most delicious recipe, especially because it is a breeze to make. It is so simple and quick yet tastes like something you would eat at a restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend it.
