EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Ladle this soup over a mound of corn chips and shredded taco cheese, or sprinkle each serving of soup with corn chips or coarsely crushed tortilla chips.

You can use 1 cup of Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn instead of the canned corn.

I changed it up a bit with what I had on hand and used ground chicken and a box of Lasagna Hamburger Helper. Was wonderful and leftovers are already spoken for. Had good flavor with the sauce mix and I added some cheese on top. Very easy to make and much healthier too than the ground beef!
