This is amazingly delicious!!! We also add jalapenos to our dumplings and a little extra chili powder. Next time around I will be sure to double the recipe because we never have left overs because it is just too good!! We also make the dumplings much smaller than shown in the picture so they arent too "gaggy".

This is delicious! I took the advice from several of the reviews....I used rotisserie chicken, added black beans (drained), added frozen corn (thawed), added Rotel and it turn out so yummy! The only thing that I would do differently next time is add more chicken broth.

Awesome soup! My whole family enjoyed. Store didn't have fresh cilantro so I substituted chives in the dumplings. The dumplings thickened the soup so it had sort of a stew consistency. Next time I will have to double the recipe so that there are leftovers for lunch the next day!

We loved this very much! I boiled then shredded the chicken though and didn't add cilantro to the dumplings. And I accidentally used Chili seasoning instead of chili powder. Not sure how much of a difference this actually made but it was delicious! I also added a little more onion. I don't think it needed anything extra at all. After reading the reviews i was tempted to add corn but I'm glad I didn't add thing extra to it. Will be making a bigger batch next time!!

Made this for my family. It was delicious. I left out the jalapeno (for our small children) and added a can of carrots at the last minute for a one pot meal. We thoroughly enjoyed it and I will add it to our regular rotation.

I love this recipe! I added black beans, carrots, and corn to the soup and Mexican blend shredded cheese to the dumplings. Didn't have fresh cilantro, unfortunately, so I added tons of dried cilantro. Just isn't the same, but still delicious.

Just awesome!!! Try making the dumplings with beer!! Also, I added carrots and celery, just cause I wanted extra veggies. Easy on the chili powder if your making this for kids.
