Fantastic! I had made up a way to huge pot of black bean chili and was getting ready to freeze the rest because I was starting to get tired of it when I saw this idea. I was stunned at how the flavors blended, the sweetness of the fries with the black beans was wonderful. I used cheddar cheese and topped it all off with a dob of sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro instead of the onions. Thanks for sharing this!!
