lb ground beef or ground turkey.

large onion . chopped.

tbsp olive oil

large can tomato juice 32 oz

cans beans ( your choice.)

tsp salt

tsp ground pepper

tbsp chili powder or to your taste.

tbsp agave nector or 2 tbsp of brown sugar to taste.( optional)

10 inch flour tortillas

8 oz cheddar cheese

pkg uncle ben's spanish rice ( heat and serve.)

6 oz container sour cream

  1. take first nine ingredients and make chili. Cook ground meat ,onion, salt, and pepper. Drain if heavy with grease . Add tomato juice and beans cook until boiling. Add chili powder and agave nector or brown sugar. simmer on med heat until red foam is gone from the top of the chili stirring occasionally. about 20 minutes.
  2. Heat a tortilla shell in microwave about 8 seconds to just warm. using a slotted spoon , drain some of the chili from the soup ,retain the soup in the pan. Put the meat and beans on the tortilla and add 1 tbsp. cheese and 1 tbsp sour cream , add 2 tbsp of rice. wrap the shell burrito like and put in a pre heated skillet with corn oil. Brown on both sides.
  3. Put burritos in a flat bowl and ladel chili soup on top. Top with 1 tbsp of the cheddar cheese. Serve.
