Ingredients

cups Cheerios® cereal
3
cups corn chips (broken in half, if desired)

cup unsalted peanuts
1
cup thin pretzel sticks
1/3
cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2
teaspoon chili powder
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, mix cereal, corn chips, peanuts and pretzels. In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients; pour over cereal mixture. Toss until evenly coated. In ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan, spread cereal mixture.
  • 2 Bake uncovered 15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Store in airtight container.

Initially made this as holiday gifts for teachers. My teenage son is now addicted to it. Easy, quick and tasty. Would definitely recommend instead of potato chips as a salty snack.
