These were awesome. I made them in a heart shaped mini muffin pan, to go with the tamales and other mexican food served at a baby shower. Every one loved it, even the little kids.

Took a chance and tried these little "muffins". They are GREAT! Baked in smaller sizes they are going to be a perfect appetizer for my next event. Try adding a little roasted red peppers for a little more color. These little puffs are also WONDERFUL the next day, reheat in toaster oven (or not) they crisp up great.

Very easy to make but like the other review said it is more like a mini quiche than a puff. Too much egg and the consistency was not pleasing. The flavors go great together but needs a different texture.

I just have a question is that 1 1/2 cups water or 1 cup water if you look at the list it is split up and so will try both ways. thanks i only rated it a 1 beacause am not sure of the ingredent till i try it.
