Ingredients

4: bonless chicken breast

1 1/2: cups ranch dressing

1 1/2: teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

1/2: cup parmesan cheese

2: cups feta cheese

1: bag fresh spinach

1: teaspoon lemon juice

: milk

2: cups rice

1 1/2: teaspoons onion powder

1 1/2: teaspoons garlic powder

Directions

1 In a large skillet heat butter over med-low heat, meanwhile dip chicken in some milk and then breadcrumbs just til coated. Place in skillet and cook until browned on both sides. Then place in oven at 350 for about 20-25 mins or until cooked all the way through.
2 When chicken is almost done, In a medium sauce pan add the feta cheese,parm. cheese,lemon juice,milk,and ranch dressing. Mix well together and stir sometimes til cheese is melted.. set on low heat.
3 Put water in a med. pot and cook ricew accorting to package. When chicken has about 5 nminutes left in a skillet add some butter and then add spinach and cover. til welted down stirring once.
4 To plate the dish.. Add some rice to your plate put chicken on top and then spinach, add your sauce over top to your liking. Enjoy!
