This was very easy and extremely yummy. I didn't have fresh parsley in the house, so I substituted chopped fresh chives and thyme from my garden. Delicious!

This sounds like it would be just the thing for a cold winter night's dinner. If I don't have cooked chicken, then I can make this in the crock pot using fresh raw chicken. Let it cook longer and no need to be in the kitchen for hours.
