Blogger Brooke McLay from Cheeky Kitchen shares a favorite recipe. The flavors and textures of this chicken salad are splendid. Serve on top of chopped Bibb lettuce, croissants, or crusty French bread for a truly delicious brunch, lunch, or picnic dinner.

Love love love this! I didn't have dill though and I think it tasted fine without it. Also, I wanted to make pinwheel type things so I left the apples out because I didn't think they would work well in a wrap. Next time I will try it with them though. Delicious!!

I thought this was absolutely delicious...I wouldn't change a thing, except could add celery as the picture shows, but the recipe doesn't list. The lime flavor is awesome!

This is the BEST chicken salad I've ever had or made! I also added some hard boiled egg, and when I made it, I used a tiny bit of crushed dill seed because I forgot the fresh dill as the market. Tasted just fine to me!

Weird, that there is no celery listed in the recipe, but you can clearly see it in the photo. I used walnuts instead of cashews in mine, and no apple (just grapes) and I also eliminated the lime and dill-it came out SO great! Point being, you can tailor this to your liking, it's hard to go wrong! Also, I only used about half the amount of mayo I thought I was going to need-thinking I could always add more later if I needed to (I didn't).

This is wonderful! I LOVE the grapes and the lime. Outstanding flavor! Just in time for the hot Summer when I don't want to cook.
