Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 medium stalks celery, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic-and-herb seasoning
  • 1 round focaccia bread (10 to 12 inches in diameter), cut horizontally in half

Steps

    Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise and seasoning.
  • 2
    Spread mixture over bottom half of focaccia bread; top with remaining half. Cut into wedges.

    If you can't find garlic-and-herb seasoning, mix together 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
