medium stalks celery, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoon garlic-and-herb seasoning

round focaccia bread (10 to 12 inches in diameter), cut horizontally in half
  1. Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise and seasoning.
  2. Spread mixture over bottom half of focaccia bread; top with remaining half. Cut into wedges.
