Ingredients

cups chopped cooked chicken

medium stalks celery, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)

cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoon garlic-and-herb seasoning

round focaccia bread (10 to 12 inches in diameter), cut horizontally in half
  • 1 Mix chicken, celery, mayonnaise and seasoning.
  • 2 Spread mixture over bottom half of focaccia bread; top with remaining half. Cut into wedges.

Expert Tips

If you can't find garlic-and-herb seasoning, mix together 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
