I think this recipe would work much better if the total salt taste from all the ingredients were not so strong. Great idea that I will tweak for lower salt.

These just replaced chicken fajitas at my house! These were simple and turned out fantastic! All of the picky eaters loved them!

I absolutely love these Tex-Mex inspired tacos! Super easy! We add some corn to the mixture before we microwave it. It's a go-to weekday meal!

These were so easy to make since I bought the Rotisserie Chicken. My husband and I loved them and will definitely make them again! Whenever I order or make chicken tacos, the chicken doesn't always have the best flavor, but using the taco seasoning and ranch gave it so much flavor, yum yum!

This was so good I made them twice once with flour tortillas and once using romaine lettece to make a wrap. I thought both ways were great.

This is a dish I have been making for years. You can change it up a little too by using fat free sour cream instead of the ranch, (or even adding ranch dry mix with the sour cream) adn then making this into a salad. You'd be amazed at how wonderful fat free or low fat cheese is. Your "cheat" could be crumbled up whole wheat tortilla chips and you'd never notice the difference! I love changing up recipes to see if I can make them healthier. The healthier they are, they more you can eat!

OMG---These are great. Will HAVE to make them again. I did use a HOT taco mix that my hubby bought and it mixed great with the flavor of the ranch dressing.

I have made this several times and the whole family loves it! It's easy and a nice switch from regular tacos. Even tastes great on flour tortillas or flat bread as a wrap!
