Have been making these chicken puffs for years. Started back in the 80's and made them for my hen parties. (when we girls get together and bash men) Then I made them for my New years's Eve party along with other finger foods, and my family and friends love them. The recipe I make calls for shredded swiss cheese and it makes it even better.

You HAVE to mix the flour in the boiling water and continue cooking on low as instructed -- otherwise, the mixture will be too watery. Yummy recipe.

I haven never made puffs before and this was so easy! The flavor was great - the thyme added flavor while not distracting from the taste of my chicken salad. Thank you!

I''ve just mixed the ingredients and am baffled when it says to drop onto a cookie sheet as the batter is very runny. Makes me thin there isn''t enough flour in the recipe.
