disregard my previous review. I intended to post it to the gluten-free Bisquick recipe that uses Progresso chicken corn chowder.

I served this to several people who normally don't care for gluten-free recipes. They all really enjoyed it. This is one of the few meals that is totally gluten-free that I feel I can serve to everyone. (I usually have two dishes, one - the normal recipe and -2 - a side recipe adapted to be gluten-free.) The topping is similar to dumplings, not crusty like a pie crust. An excellent choice on a cold winter day.

Love this receipe and a great way to use leftovers. I also sometimes add some onions and frozen hash brown cubes in too to make it a bit more hearty

Made the Chicken Pot Pie last night and made a little adjustment. I added Turkey and it was great! My husband said that it even tasted like a name brand pot pie... We will be having this dish again...

We tried this recipe and it was great the only thing I did different was I by accident made biscuit with the bisquick and set them on top of the sauce when it was bubbling. This tasted great with a side of potatoes and salad.

This is the first time I've ever made Chicken Pot Pie and it was very successful. It wasn't difficult at all. I poured the chicken mix into 4 different casserole dishes that were smaller, instead of one big one. This made serving portions the same size. The crust came out perfectly. I found it was easier to take a spoon and dish the bisquick mix out of the bowl instead of pouring it right on the chicken mix. I was very happy with the outcome of this meal especially since it was my first time.

I made this recipe and did not like the texture! The dough was too suggy and it sucked up all the juice from the broth. It was thick. The dough once poured over did not rise up. Not the one I was looking for.
