Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
can Veg-All (mixed vegetables)
1
8 oz Original cream cheese
2
pie crusts
1/4
onion
2
cans Cream of Chicken

  • 1 Boil thawed Chicken breasts until cooked. (About 30 minutes)
  • 2 Dice onion into small pieces.
  • 3 Drain can Veg-All (or any can of mixed Veggies).
  • 4 Mix together Cream Cheese, Cream of Chicken, diced onion, and Veg-All (or any can of mixed veggies).
  • 5 Cut up boiled chicken and add into mixture.
  • 6 Lay a pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan, fill with the mixture, and cover top with another pie crust. Pinch the edges of the crust.
  • 7 Cut a few small slits in the top and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
  • 8 Bake on 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
