boneless skinless chicken breasts

can Veg-All (mixed vegetables)

8 oz Original cream cheese

pie crusts

cans Cream of Chicken
  1. Boil thawed Chicken breasts until cooked. (About 30 minutes)
  2. Dice onion into small pieces.
  3. Drain can Veg-All (or any can of mixed Veggies).
  4. Mix together Cream Cheese, Cream of Chicken, diced onion, and Veg-All (or any can of mixed veggies).
  5. Cut up boiled chicken and add into mixture.
  6. Lay a pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan, fill with the mixture, and cover top with another pie crust. Pinch the edges of the crust.
  7. Cut a few small slits in the top and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
  8. Bake on 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
