EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Go ahead and use any salad dressing you have on hand--Italian, Caesar or ranch will really go well with this simple chicken salad.

This is a great recipe for using up leftover chicken or turkey. If you don't have any on hand, just grab a rotisserie-cooked chicken from the deli.
