I've made this twice - my husband was very skeptical of the ingredients first time around but he really likes the flavors in the soup. I skip the Bisquick step and just season the chicken (no salt seasonings since the soup has plenty of sodium!). I've made it with whole breasts and chicken tenders. Other than that, I haven't tried to mix it up more than that yet but I've made it twice in less than 2 months - we definitely like it and the more I make it I'm sure I will start experimenting.
