Have made this four times and enjoyed!! Made for company (doubled it)and they took leftovers home. I like the sauce so much I will be making and the family will be enjoying this often. I do brown the chicken and add extra bacon because that is we I like. I feel this adds to the dish. If you do this be careful on the olive and bacon amounts it can add allot of salt/sodium.
