Excellent dish! I loved the flavor of this mustard sauce. Not too over powering. The bacon added that little something extra. We will be having this dish again. But I will be making a few small changes. The first one being that the sauce was way too thick. I'll add more whipping cream to smooth it down. I also will use chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. They are just easier to cook with in my opinion. But it was very easy to make and clean up was a breeze!
