Came across this recipe earlier, and made these for dinner tonight. I thought it sounded a little bland, so I shredded my chicken, and then cooked it in hot & spicy taco seasoning. I did everything else the same as the recipe, and they were delicious!!! Will definitely be making them again :)

OMG...these are wonderful!! My family just loved them and said they are even better than restaraunt quality! I served them with Spanish rice and refried beans on the side. Excellent!!

Made these last night and they were a huge hit. I doubled the garlic and used a mixed cheese. Next time I might add some green onions and black beans to the mix.

Awesome recipe. I made them with shredded chicken. They were excellent. I had plenty of left over w/ a family of 3. I made cilantro lime rice on the side. Daughter- age 4 and husband loved them.

Very good. I have a family of 5 and doubled the recipe. I am so glad there was one left over so I can bring it to work for lunch tomorrow. :)
