This was a very good recipe. The only thing that I did differently was that I used Velveeta Pepper Jack cheese...I LOVE anything Velveeta!!! This was a great recipe that was easy to make!

This recipe was fabulous! A nice change from regular mexican. I didn't have fresh tomatoes so I used a small can of diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained. Next time I think I will shred the chicken so it's easier to roll up the lasagna. I may try cream cheese in place of the sour cream also. Delicious!!! I will be making this again!

I was extremely skeptical about this recipe or should I say my family's reaction. Coming from a family of women who have been in the kitchen since they were 10 or so. It was great, to say the least. From my 55 year old father to my 16mo nephew and those in between, they all loved it. I prepared it as a whole lasagna instead of bundles and removed tomatoes and served those on the side due to lack of time. Salad and or refried beans on the side. It was still yummy. I'll have to make the bundles next time.

I was extremely skeptical about this recipe using pasta with a mexican dish but it worked! It passed with flying colors. I made the recipe twice. The first time I used all 4 oz. of the jalapeno's and it was a bit spicy for us but still delicious. The second time I made it I only used 2 oz. and it was perfect. I made these for a family in our church and they loved them! I can't wait to make them a 3rd time!

This was pretty tasty. My teenage son had thirds! It took longer to prep than I had planned (and it takes 40 min to bake!!!). The only change I made to this recipe was to serve sliced black olives as garnish. Next time I will get extra sour cream to serve on the side as well. Served with Spanish rice on the side.

I had some leftover cooked chicken and was looking for something new to make. I found this recipe and was a little apprehensive to make it. Well, needless to say I was a bit hit. I try to watch the things that I eat and the proportin size, that was the night that I wanted to eat more than one of the bundles. They were fantastic, the family loved them, and I will definitely make them again as well as pass the recipe along to others. Thank you very much. This recipe will be a staple for our family and friends.
