Chicken Chipotle Tacos

medium onion, sliced

cloves garlic, finely chopped

cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa

chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped (from 7-oz can)

cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

(6-inch) Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas (from two 8.2-oz packages)

  • 1 In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook onion and garlic in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender. Stir in chicken, salsa, chile, 1/3 cup cilantro and the bouillon. Cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken mixture is heated through.
  • 2 Top center of each tortilla with about 1/3 cup chicken mixture. Serve with cilantro.
