Made these tonight for dinner and oh man were they yummy! However I didn't use rotisserie chicken. I diced up some boneless skinless breast and seasoned to taste... a keeper! Served with Mexican rice and beans with cilantro and fix in's!

Easy and delicious. I shredded my own chicken breast then I added to skillet the green chiles, green onions. Very good can't wait to make them again!

This was wonderful and easy. I shredded chicken and mixed with green chiles then put in the frig until time to fix dinner. Used pepper jack cheese; sprayed griddle with butter spray. Absolutely yummy!

I accidentally mixed all the ingredients together, so I went with it. I boiled 2 large chicken breasts (cut up) for 20 minutes and then shredded the chicken. I used flour taco tortillas instead of flour burrito tortillas, so everyone could have their own. I buttered them on both sides, grilled them, cut them in quarters, and gave everybody one, along with some extra salsa. I didn't use green onion, but used regular yellow onion and only used about 1/8 cup, which was just right. Delicious! I will make again.

Excellent. I made these with the left overs from a soft taco kit and left over chicken. Quick, yummie! Will be a repeat at our house!
