This was surprisingly good. Word to the wise - be SURE to use the low sodium soy sauce. I just had regular on hand and used that. We were dehydrated for days! I was also concerned about using the canned mix. I haven't seen that in years. But it was ok. This also turned out to be one of those dishes that got better as it "aged". The lunch leftovers were better than the original meal!
