This was so good!!!! I followed the recipe almost exactly except I used panko instead of bread crumbs then added salt, pepper, minced garlic and onion powder. I cooked then 3 minutes per side. They were so good!!!

I'm impressed with these simple little chicken cakes. Instead of 8 patties I made 4 larger ones since it's only my husband and I. I followed this recipe exactly as stated and I didn't have any issues with them tasting dry or falling apart. I could actually only eat one so I am taking the other one to work tomorrow for lunch. I'll see how they hold up as leftovers.

Yummy! My family loved this. I doubled this recipe for 5 people and there were NO leftovers!

Awesome recipe! One of my new favorites! I did an oops and put too much parmesan in the cakes (I misread the amount and put 1/2 cup), so I had to add extra milk and another egg. However, the cakes still tasted amazing! Love, love, love them! Quick & easy, too!

We thought these tasted great, however I had to add more milk and more bread crumbs then what the recipe called for and they fell apart a bit. I would maybe try thinly shredded chicken next time. Will definitely make again though!

I will give this a 5 rating, although I have not made it yet. Sounds delicious. I will use my own cooked boneless, skinless, chicken breast instead of a rotisserie chicken. To me, there is way too much sodium in the recipe. I know some of the sodium comes from the cheese and sauce, but for people watching their salt intake, using your own chicken would make a little more sense. Looking forward to trying this.

I was just wondering if anyone knows whether these can be frozen? I have 3 large chicken breasts already thawed and would like to make up a large lot of these.

I would give it 6 spoons if possible! I used boiled chicken, 2 breasts, let them cool and then ran them under a slap-chop (I know, I need a food processor). I then combined that with the breadcrumb mixture, which I added italian seasoning, dried minced garlic, a table spoon of bisquick mix, and also a dollop of sour cream. The cakes were VERY moist and delicious! Our new favorite italian meal! It was very quick and easy as well! SIX SPOONS!

I really enjoyed this. Really easy to make, and quick! I used canned chicken (that's all I had) and it was quick and easy. We ate it over spaghetti with sauce and some garlic bread. Will be making this again!

I had already planned to make Chicken Parmesan for dinner tonight. After seeing this recipe, I plan to make a version of this next week for dinner, but use ground chicken instead. It sounds delicious, I just think the consistency will be better if ground chicken is used. I will let you all know how it turns out.
