I would give it 6 spoons if possible! I used boiled chicken, 2 breasts, let them cool and then ran them under a slap-chop (I know, I need a food processor). I then combined that with the breadcrumb mixture, which I added italian seasoning, dried minced garlic, a table spoon of bisquick mix, and also a dollop of sour cream. The cakes were VERY moist and delicious! Our new favorite italian meal! It was very quick and easy as well!
