This is a great meal. Very quick and easy. I always use chicken thighs since they are juicier and cheaper. I also double the glaze and serve this with jasmine rice and green beans. Dinner is on the table in 30 min. Yum.

My husband and I like this very much. I increased the orange juice part to 3/4c. and used orange pineapple juice instead and increased the cornstarch to 2 tsp. this made the citrus flavor stronger and toned down the soy sauce. Will make this again.

We liked this. Very easy. I place my chicken into a slow cooker after browning them, with all the sauce ingredients. I served with a side salad, and steamed rice. We had one of my daughters friends over the night I served this and she really liked it.

This was great!! I added salt and pepper to the chicken while cooking. I cut the chicken breasts down the middle after it had rested then let sit a few in the glaze..Everyone loved this, Plan to make again very soon :-)

I made these the other night, using boneless chicken thighs and the apricot preserves, which were suggested as a substitute, because I already had some open. They were such a hit that I'm trying the sauce over pork chops this weekend -- for company! Great for a weeknight, great for company -- so good! Enjoy!

Don't discard the liquid in the pan from cooking, reduce it and start the glaze with it. More flavor, no waste.

YUM! The sauce was bright and flavorful, and it was delicious served over the chicken as well as the rice and broccoli that I served with it. The whole family loved it, and I WILL be making this dish again. As a bonus, it's really low in calories too!

Let's face it---any recipe is "just an idea"--make it yours, you know what you and your family like. I added more Smuckers sugar free jam more OJ, minced onion and minced garlic--plus fresh herbs---now we are talking
