It did need more "pop" with flavors. I added a can of Italian tomatoes for more veggies, flavor and moisture.

This recipe was really tasty! My whole family loved it. Makes great leftovers too! However, I doubled the amount of diced/cut-up chicken. I think it gave it a better balance. I also added some garlic and onion powder to tatse. Excellent, and will make again!

First there was far too much food to "mix in casserole dish." You need to mix it then put it in the dish. Next, the soup mixture just sat on top of the noodles, it didn't flow down into the pasta to coat it. It was too dry, and too bland. There is a lot of potential, but the way it was written was just not good. My whole family threw it out.

This was good but, a little dry. My family enjoyed it. I used frozen chopped spinach instead of fresh leaf spinach and it worked pretty well.
