This was easy to make and tasted very good. I did add some Italian seasoning while it cooked for a little additional flavor.

It was my first time eating orzo and zucchini. Loved both in this recipe. Very quick and easy to make. Good for leftovers too.

I agree that it could a little something else for zing, but we had it pretty close. We used a good quality olive oil, an extra clove of garlic, and seasoned tomatoes, and we think it turned out very good. It was really easy and I really like the change up of using orzo instead of rice or another kind of pasta.

This was a very easy recipe though it needed some additions. Had I made it exactly as the recipe was written I think it would have been too bland. I used 3 cloves of garlic since I love garlic, added some salt and pepper to taste, also added some chili powder and onion powder for some extra flavor. Oh, and some dried basil too. Not too much, maybe about a 1/4 tsp. Topped it off with the parmesan cheese and it was very good. I didn't measure the seasonings but just added a little and tasted along the way, adding a bit more as needed.

I make something very similar but use Rotel tomatoes. I've also used shrimp instead of chicken. A topping of feta cheese really gives it flavor!

I did not like this dinner at all! I love all of the ingredients in this dish... just not together. It really wasn't good and a lot of it went in the trash. The tomatoes gave it a "weird" flavor and, overall, it was really bland. I was so excited for this recipe because I had every ingredient on-hand, so I was really disappointed when I didn't like it.
