(3-oz.) pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix

cups cubed cooked chicken

cup frozen peas and carrots

tablespoons chopped onion or 2 teaspoons instant chopped onion
1
(2.5-oz.) jar Green Giant® Sliced Mushrooms, drained

  • 1 In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles, seasoning packets, chicken, peas and carrots and onion; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • 2 Stir in mushrooms; cook until thoroughly heated.

The best thing is it only took a few minutes, but it was disappointing. The noodles were sticky, overall the meal was bland!

I made some changes of my own with this recipe. I cooked chicken strips and seasoned them with Mrs. Dash Chicken seasoning. I also added some seasoned mixed steam veggies. I omited the mushrooms. Our final meal was very good. I had a picky eater over for supper and she loved it!! I will be doing this one again.

The only good thing about this was that it was easy. Very bland and disappointing- I was hoping for something easy that was good and everyone would eat. They ate it but all said ramen tasted better plain than with these added ingredients :( don't waste your time!
