Ingredients

  • 1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated linguine
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine or apple juice
  • 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup cut-up fully cooked smoked ham
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped ( 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Steps

    Heat oven to 375°. Cook and drain linguine as directed on package.

    While linguine is cooking, mix soups, milk and wine in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in linguine, chicken, ham, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds.
