Chicken and Ham Tetrazzini

Ingredients

package (9 ounces) refrigerated linguine

can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

cup milk

tablespoons dry white wine or apple juice

cups cut-up cooked chicken

cup cut-up fully cooked smoked ham

small green bell pepper, chopped ( 1/2 cup)
1/4
cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4
cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 Heat oven to 375º. Cook and drain linguine as directed on package.
  • 2 While linguine is cooking, mix soups, milk and wine in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in linguine, chicken, ham, bell pepper and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake uncovered about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds.
