You're 15 minutes away from a delicious chicken dinner salad packed with berries, salad greens and blue cheese.

Ingredients

1
package (6 oz) refrigerated grilled chicken strips, cut in half if necessary
5
cups bite-size pieces mixed salad greens
1
cup strawberry halves
1/2
cup blueberries
1/2
cup raspberries
1/4
cup honey-roasted peanuts
1/4
cup vinaigrette dressing
2
tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  • 1 In large bowl, toss all ingredients.

Expert Tips

If you prefer a fruitier flavor, you can use raspberry vinaigrette in place of regular vinaigrette. The salad, however, will have pink overtones.

Summer is a great time to use all the different varieties of garden greens. If you're looking to save time, though, use 5 cups from a purchased bag of torn mixed greens.

Blue cheese lovers will want to add more blue cheese to this salad. Sprinkle crumbled cheese over the top before serving.
